Architecural design of Elements developed by EAA - Emre Arolat Architects, a leading international architectural practice based in Istanbul and London. These naturalistic houses were designed by the best combination of natural stones, glass and wood in respect to its beautiful surroundings.


Twenty-three unique houses designed with a perfect synthesis of wood, glass and natural stones, varying in size between 400 m2 and 800 m2, each offering an individually matchless life with breath-taking nature and architectural concept, terraces commanding the marvelous Yalıkavak view, and private pools; all located in a way that makes each house invisible to the other with awe inspired respect to nature. Car parks were relocated to underground spaces to prevent disruption of the landscape above and to create a serene atmosphere away from the noise of traffic.
